- Sift matcha, whisk with hot water until frothy.
- Stir strawberry puree with milk in a glass.
- Fill glass with ice cubes (if making iced version).
- Slowly pour matcha over the back of a spoon for layers.
- Stir before drinking or enjoy layered.
