Method
- Drizzle chocolate syrup on the inside of a coupe glass and freeze for 5 minutes.
- Combine Baileys, coffee liqueur, vodka, and heavy cream in a shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously for 20 seconds to aerate the cream.
- Strain into the chilled glass and dust the top with cocoa powder.
- Garnish with a biscuit on the rim and serve immediately.
Notes
Freeze the glass after swirling the chocolate syrup to help the pattern set. Use a fine-mesh sieve for the cocoa powder to avoid clumps on top of the drink.
