Baileys Tiramisu Martini

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Baileys Irish Cream Chilled
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur Kahlúa or similar
  • 1 oz vanilla vodka Or plain vodka
  • 1 oz heavy cream Or half-and-half
  • chocolate syrup For glass swirl
  • cocoa powder For dusting
  • 1 biscuit Shortbread or ladyfinger for garnish

Equipment

  • 1 Cocktail shaker Standard
  • 1 Coupe glass Chilled
  • 1 Sieve Fine mesh for cocoa

Method
 

  1. Drizzle chocolate syrup on the inside of a coupe glass and freeze for 5 minutes.
  2. Combine Baileys, coffee liqueur, vodka, and heavy cream in a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds to aerate the cream.
  4. Strain into the chilled glass and dust the top with cocoa powder.
  5. Garnish with a biscuit on the rim and serve immediately.

Notes

Freeze the glass after swirling the chocolate syrup to help the pattern set. Use a fine-mesh sieve for the cocoa powder to avoid clumps on top of the drink.
