Method

  6. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  7. Scoop into 3 tablespoon balls and place on baking sheet.
  8. Add extra toppings; bake at 350°F for 11–13 minutes.
  9. Rest 10 minutes on pan, then move to cooling rack.
