Instructions 

  • Combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Whisk melted butter with both sugars.
  • Stir in eggs, vanilla, and peppermint extract.
  • Fold in dry ingredients until just mixed.
  • Stir in both chocolates, candy canes, and sprinkles.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Scoop into 3 tablespoon balls and place on baking sheet.
  • Add extra toppings; bake at 350°F for 11–13 minutes.
  • Rest 10 minutes on pan, then move to cooling rack.
