For Each Cocktail
  • 10-12 leaves Fresh mint Plus extra for garnish
  • ½ whole Lime Cut into wedges
  • 1 tablespoon White sugar Or simple syrup
  • 2 oz White rum Substitute coconut water for mocktail
  • 3 oz Coconut cream Full-fat for best creamy white finish
  • 2 oz Coconut water Balances texture
  • Crushed ice Essential for mojito texture
  • Fresh cranberries For garnish
  • Sugared cranberries Optional festive garnish

Equipment

  • Cocktail shaker For mixing and frothing the coconut base
  • Muddler To gently muddle mint and lime
  • Highball glass Or Collins glass
  • Jigger For accurate pouring

Method
 

  1. Gently muddle mint, lime wedges, and sugar until oils release without shredding leaves.
  2. Pour white rum over the muddled mixture.
  3. Add coconut cream and coconut water.
  4. Fill shaker with ice and shake vigorously 15–20 seconds.
  5. Strain into a tall glass filled with crushed ice.
  6. Top with mint sprig and fresh cranberries.
