Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips High quality with cocoa butter
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk 1 standard can
  • 2 tablespoon unsalted butter Adds richness
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Flavor enhancer
  • 1 pinch sea salt Balances sweetness
  • cup raspberry preserves Seedless is preferred

  • 1 Saucepan For melting
  • 1 Parchment paper For lining

Method
 

  1. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper and grease lightly.
  2. Melt white chocolate, condensed milk, butter, and salt in a saucepan over low heat.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Pour mixture into the pan. Drop warm jam dollops on top and swirl with a knife.
  5. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours until firm before slicing into squares.

Notes

Use high-quality white chocolate with cocoa butter for the best melt. Warm the jam slightly for easier swirling.
