Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk for lemon layer
  • ¼ cup heavy cream for lemon layer
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar for lemon layer
  • ½ cup cold water
  • ½ cup fresh strawberry puree
  • ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk for pink layer
  • ¼ cup heavy cream for pink layer
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar for pink layer
  • 2 drops pink food coloring optional
  • 1 cup heavy cream for whipped topping
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar for whipped cream
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 9 pieces fresh raspberries for garnish
  • 3 slices lemon wheels for garnish

Equipment

  • 2 Large mixing bowls
  • 1 Electric mixer
  • 3 Clear tall glasses
  • 1 Wire whisk
  • 1 Long spoon

Method
 

  1. Whisk together lemon juice, sweetened condensed milk, and heavy cream until smooth
  2. Add powdered sugar and cold water, whisking until well combined
  3. Chill in refrigerator while preparing strawberry layer
  4. Blend fresh strawberries until completely smooth to create puree
  5. Whisk strawberry puree with condensed milk, cream, and powdered sugar
  6. Add a drop of pink food coloring if desired for more vibrant color
  7. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form
  8. Transfer to piping bag or keep in bowl for dolloping and chill
  9. Pour pink strawberry mixture into bottom third of clear glasses
  10. Slowly pour lemon mixture over back of spoon to create distinct layers
  11. Use straw or skewer to gently swirl layers for marbled effect
  12. Top generously with whipped cream, raspberry, and lemon slice
