Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Watermelon Chilled, seedless chunks preferred
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 pinch Sea salt Enhances sweetness
  • 1 leaf Mint Optional, for garnish
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ginger Optional, peeled and fresh
  • 0.25 cup Cucumber Optional, sliced for spa flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Honey Optional, if watermelon isn’t sweet
  • 0.5 cup Coconut water Optional, for hydration boost
  • Ice cubes For blending or serving

Equipment

  • 1 High-speed blender For smooth blending
  • 1 Fine-mesh strainer Optional, for pulp-free juice
  • 1 Large knife For cutting watermelon

Method
 

  1. Cut chilled watermelon into chunks, removing rind and visible seeds. and pat watermelon pieces dry with towel and measure about 4 cups.

  2. Add watermelon to blender, pour in lime juice, add pinch of sea salt and blend on high until completely smooth (30–45 seconds).

  3. Pour juice through a fine-mesh strainer into a pitcher and press gently.
