Ingredients

  • 2 large Flour tortillas - Room temperature
  • 8 oz Sliced deli turkey - Thinly sliced
  • 6 strips Bacon - Cooked until crispy
  • 4 leaves Lettuce - Washed and dried
  • 1 medium Tomato - Sliced thick
  • 0.5 cup Cheddar cheese - Shredded
  • 3 tablespoons Ranch dressing - Or mayo
  • 0.25 small Red onion - Thinly sliced
  • 2 slices Avocado - Optional addition

Instructions 

  • Cut diagonally in half with sharp knife
  • Warm - Heat tortillas in microwave for 15 seconds for flexibility
  • Spread - Apply thin layer of ranch dressing across tortilla surface
  • Layer - Place turkey slices in center leaving border for rolling
  • Add - Top with bacon, lettuce, tomato, and cheese
  • Fold - Fold bottom edge up and over filling securely
  • Roll - Roll tightly from bottom to top maintaining tension
  • Secure - Insert toothpick through center if needed
  • Slice - Cut diagonally in half with sharp knife
