Method
- Steep black tea bags in 4 cups boiling water for 5–7 minutes.
- Remove tea bags and stir in honey until dissolved. Let cool.
- Blend mango cubes with ¼ cup water until smooth.
- Strain mango puree and mix in fresh lime juice.
- In a pitcher, combine cooled tea with mango puree and 2 cups cold water.
- Stir well and taste. Adjust sweetness or tartness as needed.
- Serve over ice with optional mango slices, lime wedges, and mint.
