- Combine the heavy whipping cream and pure vanilla extract inside a small, tightly sealed glass jar.
- Shake the jar gently for thirty seconds until the cream expands into a thickened, pourable foam consistency.
- Pour the thickened vanilla cream slowly over the back of a dinner spoon onto the cocktail surface.
- Place a single fresh sweet cherry gently onto the white foam layer and serve cold immediately.
