- Push a wooden skewer gently through the top stem end to secure the fruit.
- Spoon sticky marshmallow fluff into a tall, narrow glass bowl for dipping.
- Dip each skewered berry halfway into the fluffy white mixture smoothly.
- Rotate slowly to catch any drips and smooth the exterior surface.
- Hold a kitchen torch a few inches away to begin browning the fluff.
- Move the flame back and forth until golden brown spots form completely.
