Ingredients

  • 1 pound Boneless chicken breast - Cut into strips
  • ½ cup Sweet chili sauce - Thai-style preferred
  • 4 large Flour tortillas - Room temperature
  • 2 cups Fresh lettuce - Chopped or leaves
  • 1 cup Shredded carrots - Fresh grated
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper - Sliced thin
  • 3 stalks Green onions - Chopped
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise - For spreading
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds - For garnish
  • ¼ cup Fresh cilantro - Chopped

Instructions 

  • Cut chicken into bite-sized strips and season with salt and pepper
  • Heat oil in skillet and cook chicken until golden brown
  • Add sweet chili sauce to chicken and toss until coated
  • Cook 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens and caramelizes
  • Let glazed chicken cool slightly for easier handling
  • Heat tortillas briefly for flexibility
  • Apply thin layer of mayo across tortilla surface
  • Add lettuce, chicken, and vegetables in center
  • Fold bottom up and roll tightly from bottom to top
  • Cut diagonally in half and serve immediately
