Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Boneless chicken breast Cut into strips
  • ½ cup Sweet chili sauce Thai-style preferred
  • 4 large Flour tortillas Room temperature
  • 2 cups Fresh lettuce Chopped or leaves
  • 1 cup Shredded carrots Fresh grated
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper Sliced thin
  • 3 stalks Green onions Chopped
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise For spreading
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds For garnish
  • ¼ cup Fresh cilantro Chopped

Equipment

  • 1 Large skillet For cooking chicken
  • 1 Sharp knife For cutting vegetables
  • 1 Cutting board For prep work
  • 1 Box grater For shredding carrots

Method
 

  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized strips and season with salt and pepper
  2. Heat oil in skillet and cook chicken until golden brown
  3. Add sweet chili sauce to chicken and toss until coated
  4. Cook 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens and caramelizes
  5. Let glazed chicken cool slightly for easier handling
  6. Heat tortillas briefly for flexibility
  7. Apply thin layer of mayo across tortilla surface
  8. Add lettuce, chicken, and vegetables in center
  9. Fold bottom up and roll tightly from bottom to top
  10. Cut diagonally in half and serve immediately
