Add sprinkles or whipped cream before serving.
Press Dough – Press cookie dough evenly into bottom of greased springform pan; chill.
Mix Filling – Beat cream cheese smooth, add sugar, eggs, sour cream, vanilla, and salt.
Assemble – Pour cheesecake filling over cookie crust and smooth top.
Water Bath – Wrap pan in foil and place in roasting pan with hot water halfway up sides.
Bake – Bake at 325°F until edges are set and center slightly jiggles.
Cool Slowly – Turn oven off, crack door, cool 1 hour inside oven.
Chill – Cool completely, then refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
Decorate – Add sprinkles or whipped cream before serving.
