  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 packet unflavored gelatin - 1 tablespoon
  • 3 tablespoons warm water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract - for frosting

Instructions 

  • With remaining frosting and fresh strawberries on top.
  • Prepare - Macerated strawberries and stabilized whipped cream.
  • Layer - Cake with strawberries and cream between layers.
  • Decorate - With remaining frosting and fresh strawberries on top.
