  • 1 cup Strawberries Fresh or frozen, hulled & sliced
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks Fresh or canned
  • 0.5 cup Coconut cream Or cream of coconut
  • 1.5 cup Ice cubes Add more if needed
  • 3 oz White rum Malibu or vanilla rum optional
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Simple syrup Optional, to taste
Garnish
  • 2 sprigs Fresh mint For garnish
  • Coconut flakes Optional, for glass rim
  • 2 Pineapple wedges For garnish
  • 2 Strawberries For garnish

Equipment

  • 1 Blender High-speed for smooth blending
  • 2 Hurricane Glasses Chilled for better presentation
  • 1 set Measuring cups For accuracy
  • 1 Sharp knife To prep fruits

Method
 

  1. Chill glasses in freezer for 15 minutes
  2. Prep fruit: hull strawberries, cut pineapple
  3. Add strawberries and pineapple to blender
  4. Pour in coconut cream, lime juice, and rum
  5. Add ice and blend until smooth and creamy
  6. Taste and adjust sweetness with syrup
  7. Pour into chilled glasses
  8. Garnish with pineapple, strawberry, and mint
  9. Serve immediately for best taste and texture
