- Chill glasses in freezer for 15 minutes
- Prep fruit: hull strawberries, cut pineapple
- Add strawberries and pineapple to blender
- Pour in coconut cream, lime juice, and rum
- Add ice and blend until smooth and creamy

- Pour into chilled glasses
- Garnish with pineapple, strawberry, and mint
