Ingredients
  

  • 4 large Strawberries Sliced, plus more for garnish
  • 8 leaves Fresh mint Plus sprigs for garnish
  • 1.5 oz White rum Or use vodka or NA spirit
  • 1 oz Lime juice Fresh-squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or agave Or use simple syrup
  • Club soda Or lime sparkling water, to top
  • Ice Cubes or crushed
  • Lime slices Optional, for garnish

Equipment

  • 1 Muddler Or use the back of a wooden spoon
  • 1 Cocktail shaker Or a mason jar with a lid
  • 1 Measuring jigger Or any small measuring glass
  • 2 Glasses Highball or mason jar style

Method
 

  1. Muddle strawberries, mint, and sweetener in shaker.
  2. Pour in lime juice and rum. Add ice and shake until chilled.
    Fresh strawberries and mint being muddled in a cocktail shaker to make a strawberry mojito.
  3. Strain into glass filled with ice. Top with club soda.
