  • ½ cup rolled oats old-fashioned
  • ½ cup milk any milk of choice
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt plain
  • 2 tablespoon cream cheese softened
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract pure
Strawberry Mix
  • ½ cup strawberries diced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice fresh
Toppings
  • 1 tablespoon pistachios crushed
  • 1 tablespoon sliced almonds
  • 2–3 strawberries extra fresh, sliced

Method
 

  1. Whisk cream cheese, yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla, and milk.
  2. Stir in rolled oats.
  3. Fold in diced strawberries with lemon juice.
  4. Transfer to jars and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Add pistachios, almonds, and fresh strawberries before serving.

Notes

Adjust sweetness to taste with more or less maple syrup. Can be made dairy-free with plant-based milk, yogurt, and cream cheese.
