  • 1 Small whisk (To blend cream cheese smoothly)
  • 1 Knife & fork (For dicing and mashing strawberries)
  • 1 set Measuring cups (Accuracy in prep)

Ingredients

Essential Base

  • ½ cup rolled oats - old-fashioned
  • ½ cup milk - any milk of choice
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt - plain
  • 2 tablespoon cream cheese - softened
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup - or honey
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract - pure

Strawberry Mix

  • ½ cup strawberries - diced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice - fresh

Toppings

  • 1 tablespoon pistachios - crushed
  • 1 tablespoon sliced almonds
  • 2–3 strawberries - extra fresh, sliced

Instructions 

  • Whisk cream cheese, yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla, and milk.
  • Stir in rolled oats.
  • Fold in diced strawberries with lemon juice.
  • Transfer to jars and refrigerate overnight.
  • Add pistachios, almonds, and fresh strawberries before serving.

Notes

Adjust sweetness to taste with more or less maple syrup. Can be made dairy-free with plant-based milk, yogurt, and cream cheese.
