  • ¼ cup Freeze-dried strawberries Plus extra for garnish
  • 1 teaspoon Acai powder For pink color and flavor
  • ¾ cup Coconut milk Use canned or carton
  • 1–2 tbsp Sugar or simple syrup Adjust to taste
  • 2–3 Fresh strawberry slices For garnish
  • 1 cup Ice cubes Fill glass halfway

Method
 

  1. Add grape juice, freeze-dried strawberries, and acai powder to blender. Blend until smooth.

  3. Fill glass halfway with ice.
  4. Pour strawberry base over ice.
