Ingredients

  • 1 cup White grape juice - Base of the drink
  • ¼ cup Freeze-dried strawberries - Plus extra for garnish
  • 1 teaspoon Acai powder - For pink color and flavor
  • ¾ cup Coconut milk - Use canned or carton
  • 1–2 tbsp Sugar or simple syrup - Adjust to taste
  • 2–3 Fresh strawberry slices - For garnish
  • 1 cup Ice cubes - Fill glass halfway

Instructions 

  • Add grape juice, freeze-dried strawberries, and acai powder to blender. Blend until smooth.

  • Fill glass halfway with ice.
  • Pour strawberry base over ice.
