Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee Or cold brew concentrate, chilled
  • 1 cup ice Coffee ice cubes recommended
  • 1–2 tablespoon vanilla syrup Or homemade simple syrup
  • 2–3 tablespoon heavy cream Or half-and-half
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract Optional, for deeper flavor
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar Optional, for caramel notes
  • 1 pinch cinnamon Optional, subtle warmth

Equipment

  • 1 Coffee maker Or French press
  • 1 Tall glass 16 oz or larger
  • 1 Long spoon For stirring gently

Method
 

  1. Brew strong coffee, let it cool completely, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
