Method
 

  1. Cook onion, bell pepper, and garlic in olive oil until tender.
  2. Add ground chicken; cook until no longer pink.

  4. Add tomato sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire, and brown sugar.
  5. Pour in heavy cream; simmer 8–10 minutes until thickened.
  6. Butter buns and toast until golden.
  7. Melt cheddar over hot chicken mixture in skillet.
