Instructions 

  • Cook onion, bell pepper, and garlic in olive oil until tender.
  • Add ground chicken; cook until no longer pink.

  • Add tomato sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire, and brown sugar.
  • Pour in heavy cream; simmer 8–10 minutes until thickened.
  • Butter buns and toast until golden.
  • Melt cheddar over hot chicken mixture in skillet.
