Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Or cottage cheese
  • 1 scoop Protein powder Chocolate flavor
  • 1 tablespoon Cocoa powder Unsweetened
  • 1 teaspoon Maple syrup Optional
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tablespoon Milk To thin
  • 1 tablespoon Chocolate chunks Dark, for topping

Method
 

  1. Combine yogurt, protein powder, cocoa, vanilla, and sweetener in a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Add milk one teaspoon at a time if the mixture is too thick.
  4. Transfer to a jar and chill for 30 minutes to thicken.
  5. Top with chopped dark chocolate chunks before serving.

Notes

Use a high-speed blender to ensure a completely smooth texture, especially if using cottage cheese. Add milk slowly to reach your desired consistency.
