Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt - Or cottage cheese
  • 1 scoop Protein powder - Chocolate flavor
  • 1 tablespoon Cocoa powder - Unsweetened
  • 1 teaspoon Maple syrup - Optional
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla - Extract
  • 1 tablespoon Milk - To thin
  • 1 tablespoon Chocolate chunks - Dark, for topping

Instructions 

  • Combine yogurt, protein powder, cocoa, vanilla, and sweetener in a blender.
  • Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy.
  • Add milk one teaspoon at a time if the mixture is too thick.
  • Transfer to a jar and chill for 30 minutes to thicken.
  • Top with chopped dark chocolate chunks before serving.

Notes

Use a high-speed blender to ensure a completely smooth texture, especially if using cottage cheese. Add milk slowly to reach your desired consistency.
