Ingredients
  

  • 1 box biscuit mix Red Lobster Cheddar Bay style
  • 1 cup shrimp Cooked salad shrimp
  • 1 cup crab meat Lump or imitation
  • 4 oz cream cheese Softened
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise Binder
  • 1 stalk celery Finely diced
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon herbs Parsley or dill
  • 6 slices cheese Havarti or Swiss
  • 2 tablespoon butter Melted

Method
 

  1. Bake biscuits according to package directions. Cool slightly and slice in half.
  2. Mix cream cheese, mayo, seasonings, celery, shrimp, and crab in a bowl.
  3. Spoon mixture onto bottom biscuit halves. Top with a slice of cheese and the biscuit lid.
  4. Brush tops with melted butter. Bake at 350°F for 5-8 minutes until cheese melts.
  5. Serve warm immediately.

Notes

Ensure the seafood is well-drained to prevent a soggy biscuit. You can substitute English muffins for the biscuits for a crispier base.
