Ingredients

  • 1 box biscuit mix - Red Lobster Cheddar Bay style
  • 1 cup shrimp - Cooked salad shrimp
  • 1 cup crab meat - Lump or imitation
  • 4 oz cream cheese - Softened
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise - Binder
  • 1 stalk celery - Finely diced
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay - Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon herbs - Parsley or dill
  • 6 slices cheese - Havarti or Swiss
  • 2 tablespoon butter - Melted

Instructions 

  • Bake biscuits according to package directions. Cool slightly and slice in half.
  • Mix cream cheese, mayo, seasonings, celery, shrimp, and crab in a bowl.
  • Spoon mixture onto bottom biscuit halves. Top with a slice of cheese and the biscuit lid.
  • Brush tops with melted butter. Bake at 350°F for 5-8 minutes until cheese melts.
  • Serve warm immediately.

Notes

Ensure the seafood is well-drained to prevent a soggy biscuit. You can substitute English muffins for the biscuits for a crispier base.
