  • 3 tablespoons Rice vinegar For seasoning rice
  • 1 pound Cooked salmon Flaked into pieces
  • 0.5 cup Kewpie mayo Japanese mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce For spicy kick
  • 4 oz Cream cheese Softened
  • 2 tablespoons Furikake seasoning Japanese seasoning blend
  • 4 sheets Nori Cut into squares
  • 1 large Avocado Sliced for topping
  • 3 stalks Green onions Chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds For garnish

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Cut into squares and serve with nori sheets for wrapping

  5. Layer - Spread salmon mixture evenly over rice base

  7. Cool - Let rest 5 minutes before adding fresh toppings
  8. Garnish - Top with furikake, sesame seeds, and sliced green onions
  9. Serve - Cut into squares and serve with nori sheets for wrapping
