Ingredients

  • 3 cups Mango nectar Chilled
  • 3 cups Pineapple juice 100% juice, chilled
  • 2 cups Sprite Or ginger ale, chilled
  • ¼ cup Lime juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 large Mango Peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks Fresh
  • 1 bunch Mint sprigs For garnish
  • 4 cups Ice cubes For serving

Equipment

  • 1 Large Glass Pitcher For mixing and serving
  • 1 Chef's knife For cubing fruit
  • 8 Glass Tumblers For serving

Method

  1. Chop the fresh mango and pineapple into bite-sized square chunks.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine mango nectar, pineapple juice, and lime juice.
  3. Stir well, then gently pour in the Sprite to maintain fizz.
  4. Add half of the fresh fruit chunks directly into the pitcher.
  5. Fill individual glasses with ice and pour the punch over the top.
  6. Garnish each glass with extra fruit chunks and a sprig of fresh mint.

Notes

Chill all juices and soda beforehand so the ice doesn't melt too quickly. Add the soda right before serving to keep it fizzy.
