Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz vanilla vodka or cake-flavored vodka
  • 1 oz white chocolate liqueur or cream liqueur
  • 1 oz chocolate liqueur Godiva-style
  • 2 oz heavy cream or half-and-half
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 drops red food coloring adjust for deeper color
  • 1 cup ice for shaking
Garnish (optional)
  • 2 tablespoon whipped cream
  • 1 tablespoon red velvet cake crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon chocolate shavings or cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup for drizzle or rim

Equipment

  • 1 Cocktail shaker With strainer
  • 1 Jigger For accurate measuring
  • 1 Martini glass Chilled
  • 1 Small plate For rim crumbs (optional)

Method
 

  1. Add whipped cream and sprinkle with red velvet crumbs and chocolate shavings. Serve right away.
  2. Add Liquids: Pour vodka, white chocolate liqueur, chocolate liqueur, cream, vanilla, and food coloring into a shaker.
  3. Shake Hard: Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 20 seconds until the shaker feels icy cold.
  4. Strain Smooth: Strain into the chilled martini glass (leave a little space at the top).
  5. Top Cream: Add whipped cream and sprinkle with red velvet crumbs and chocolate shavings. Serve right away.
