Instructions
Bring 4 cups water to boil, remove from heat
Steep tea bags 5-7 minutes for strong flavor
Remove bags, stir in honey while tea is hot
Add 4 cups cold water and lemon juice, cool completely
Gently crush half the raspberries to release juices
Add muddled and whole raspberries plus peach slices
Include fresh rosemary sprigs for aromatic complexity
Refrigerate 2+ hours for best flavor development
Pour over ice with fruit pieces and fresh herb garnish
Notes
Use mint instead of rosemary for a different herbal twist. You can also adjust sweetness to taste with more or less honey or sugar.
