- Bring 4 cups water to boil, remove from heat
- Steep tea bags 5-7 minutes for strong flavor
- Remove bags, stir in honey while tea is hot
- Add 4 cups cold water and lemon juice, cool completely
- Gently crush half the raspberries to release juices
- Add muddled and whole raspberries plus peach slices
- Include fresh rosemary sprigs for aromatic complexity
- Refrigerate 2+ hours for best flavor development
- Pour over ice with fruit pieces and fresh herb garnish
Notes
Use mint instead of rosemary for a different herbal twist. You can also adjust sweetness to taste with more or less honey or sugar.
