  • 1 Cocktail shaker (Standard)
  • 1 Coupe glass (Chilled)
  • 1 Vegetable peeler (For chocolate)
  • 1 Jigger (Measuring tool)

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Irish Cream liqueur - Chilled
  • 1 oz raspberry liqueur - Like Chambord
  • 1 oz heavy cream - Or half-and-half
  • ½ oz vodka - Optional for strength
  • 3 fresh raspberries - Garnish
  • 1 square dark chocolate - For shaving
  • ice cubes - For shaking

Instructions 

  • Chill a coupe or martini glass in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  • Combine Irish cream, raspberry liqueur, heavy cream, and vodka in a shaker.
  • Fill shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 20 seconds until frosty.
  • Strain into the chilled glass.
  • Garnish with fresh raspberries and shaved dark chocolate.

Notes

Chill your glass beforehand for the best experience. Use a vegetable peeler on a room-temperature chocolate bar to get nice, long curls for the garnish.
