- Chill a coupe or martini glass in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- Combine Irish cream, raspberry liqueur, heavy cream, and vodka in a shaker.
- Fill shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 20 seconds until frosty.
- Strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries and shaved dark chocolate.
Notes
Chill your glass beforehand for the best experience. Use a vegetable peeler on a room-temperature chocolate bar to get nice, long curls for the garnish.
