Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Irish Cream liqueur Chilled
  • 1 oz raspberry liqueur Like Chambord
  • 1 oz heavy cream Or half-and-half
  • ½ oz vodka Optional for strength
  • 3 fresh raspberries Garnish
  • 1 square dark chocolate For shaving
  • ice cubes For shaking

  • 1 Vegetable peeler For chocolate
  • 1 Jigger Measuring tool

Method
 

  1. Chill a coupe or martini glass in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  2. Combine Irish cream, raspberry liqueur, heavy cream, and vodka in a shaker.
  3. Fill shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 20 seconds until frosty.
  4. Strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with fresh raspberries and shaved dark chocolate.

Notes

Chill your glass beforehand for the best experience. Use a vegetable peeler on a room-temperature chocolate bar to get nice, long curls for the garnish.
