  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 3 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F and grease a rectangular baking sheet thoroughly.
  2. Stretch the dough into the pan so it reaches all corners evenly.
  3. Mix melted butter with garlic and brush it over the dough surface.
  4. Top with mozzarella, parmesan, and herbs until the dough is fully covered.
  5. Bake until the cheese turns golden brown and the crust is airy.
  6. Cut into long strips and serve with warm marinara for dipping.

Let the dough reach room temperature before stretching to prevent it from shrinking. Shred your own cheese for the best melt.
