Ingredients

For the Filling

  • 1 lb Ribeye steak - Thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil - For sautéing
  • 1 large Onion - Thinly sliced
  • 1 large Green bell pepper - Thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic - Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce - Adds rich flavor
  • ½ teaspoon Salt - Adjust to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper - Freshly ground

For the Breadsticks

  • 1 lb Pizza dough - Store-bought or homemade
  • 8 slices Provolone cheese - Melty and mild
  • Flour - For dusting the counter

For the Garlic Butter

  • 4 tablespoon Butter - Melted
  • 2 cloves Garlic - Finely minced
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley - Chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt - To taste

Instructions 

  • Heat oil in skillet, cook steak 3–4 minutes until browned, season and set aside.
  • Sauté onions and peppers until soft, add garlic, return steak to pan.
  • Roll dough into large rectangle and cut into 8 strips.
  • Place cheese and filling on each strip, fold over, and seal edges tightly.
  • Brush with garlic butter and bake at 400°F for 15–18 minutes.
  • Brush with remaining butter, sprinkle parsley, and serve warm.
