Method
- Heat oil in skillet, cook steak 3–4 minutes until browned, season and set aside.
- Sauté onions and peppers until soft, add garlic, return steak to pan.
- Roll dough into large rectangle and cut into 8 strips.
- Place cheese and filling on each strip, fold over, and seal edges tightly.
- Brush with garlic butter and bake at 400°F for 15–18 minutes.
- Brush with remaining butter, sprinkle parsley, and serve warm.
