Parmesan Bread Bites (Domino’s Copycat)

Crispy on the outside and fluffy inside, these homemade parmesan bread bites are coated in garlic butter and herbs for a restaurant-quality snack that tastes even better than Domino’s.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Pizza dough Store bought or homemade
  • 6 tablespoon Butter, melted Unsalted preferred
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced Fresh for best flavor
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated Finely grated sticks better
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Adds herby aroma
  • ½ teaspoon Dried oregano Optional, for extra flavor

  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper Optional for mild heat

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Let pizza dough rest 30 minutes at room temperature.
  2. Cut into 16–20 equal pieces and roll into smooth balls.
  3. Melt butter and stir in minced garlic; let rest 5 minutes.
  4. Combine parmesan, Italian seasoning, oregano, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  5. Brush dough balls with garlic butter and roll in parmesan mixture.
  6. Bake at 400°F for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Brush hot bites with remaining garlic butter for shine and flavor.
  8. Sprinkle with extra parmesan and parsley; serve with marinara for dipping.
