Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pizza dough - Store bought or homemade
  • 6 tablespoon Butter, melted - Unsalted preferred
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced - Fresh for best flavor
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated - Finely grated sticks better
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning - Adds herby aroma
  • ½ teaspoon Dried oregano - Optional, for extra flavor
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder - Boosts garlic butter flavor
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt - Balances flavors
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper - Optional for mild heat
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped - For garnish and freshness
  • Marinara sauce - For dipping
  • Ranch dressing - Optional for serving

Instructions 

  • Let pizza dough rest 30 minutes at room temperature.
  • Cut into 16–20 equal pieces and roll into smooth balls.
  • Melt butter and stir in minced garlic; let rest 5 minutes.
  • Combine parmesan, Italian seasoning, oregano, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  • Brush dough balls with garlic butter and roll in parmesan mixture.
  • Bake at 400°F for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Brush hot bites with remaining garlic butter for shine and flavor.
  • Sprinkle with extra parmesan and parsley; serve with marinara for dipping.
