Method
 

  1. Drizzle chocolate syrup inside clear mugs and set aside.
  2. Crush Oreos into fine crumbs using a bag and rolling pin.
  3. Simmer milk, cream, crushed Oreos, and salt in a saucepan over medium heat.
  4. Stir in white chocolate chips and vanilla until melted and smooth.
  5. Pour into prepared mugs, top with whipped cream, chocolate chunks, and a whole Oreo.

Notes

Crush the Oreos finely to prevent a gritty texture. Drizzle the syrup inside the glass before pouring for a beautiful presentation.
