  • 1 Wooden spoon (For stirring without scratching pan)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb kielbasa - Smoked, sliced into rounds
  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes - Halved
  • 1 lb green beans - Fresh, trimmed
  • 1 onion - Large, sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves - Minced
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil - For sautéing
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes - Optional
  • 2 tablespoon parsley - Fresh, chopped
  • salt - To taste

Instructions 

  • Sear kielbasa until golden
  • Add potatoes, paprika, and seasonings
  • Stir in onion until softened
  • Sauté garlic until fragrant
  • Mix in trimmed green beans
  • Return sausage to pan
  • Let simmer until veggies are tender
  • Top with parsley and adjust seasoning

Notes

For extra flavor, use a Dutch oven and let everything simmer covered for a few minutes at the end. Add more red pepper flakes for extra heat.
