  • 1 lb kielbasa Smoked, sliced into rounds
  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes Halved
  • 1 lb green beans Fresh, trimmed
  • 1 onion Large, sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves Minced
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil For sautéing
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes Optional
  • 2 tablespoon parsley Fresh, chopped
  • salt To taste

Equipment

  • 1 Large skillet Or Dutch oven for one-pot use
  • 1 Knife For slicing sausage and veggies
  • 1 Cutting board Prep surface for all produce
  • 1 Wooden spoon For stirring without scratching pan

Method
 

  1. Sear kielbasa until golden
  2. Add potatoes, paprika, and seasonings
  3. Stir in onion until softened
  4. Sauté garlic until fragrant
  5. Mix in trimmed green beans
  6. Return sausage to pan
  7. Let simmer until veggies are tender
  8. Top with parsley and adjust seasoning

Notes

For extra flavor, use a Dutch oven and let everything simmer covered for a few minutes at the end. Add more red pepper flakes for extra heat.
