  • 1 cup Old fashioned oats - Slightly ground in food processor
  • ½ cup Vanilla protein powder - Any flavor you prefer
  • ½ cup Almond butter - Or peanut butter
  • cup Honey or maple syrup - Natural sweetener and binder
  • ¼ cup Ground flaxseed - Adds fiber and omega-3s
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract - For flavor
  • 1 pinch Salt - Enhances flavor
  • ½ cup Freeze dried blueberries - Crushed for color and flavor
  • ¼ cup Fresh or frozen blueberries - Chopped for texture
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon zest - Optional, for brightness
  • 2 tablespoon Chia seeds - Optional add-in
  • ¼ cup Mini chocolate chips - Optional sweet addition

Instructions 

  • Pulse oats in food processor until coarsely ground.
  • Add protein powder, almond butter, honey, flaxseed, vanilla, and salt.
  • Process until mixture comes together but still chunky.
  • Stir in crushed freeze dried and chopped fresh blueberries.
  • Transfer to bowl; refrigerate 20–30 minutes.
  • Scoop 1 inch portions and roll into smooth balls.
  • Place on parchment sheet; refrigerate 1 hour until firm.
