Ingredients
  

  • 12 count Hawaiian sweet dinner rolls keep connected
  • 12 slices American cheese or 2 cups shredded cheddar
  • 4 tablespoon butter melted
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon parsley chopped (optional)

Equipment

  • 1 Long serrated knife for slicing rolls horizontally
  • 1 Baking Sheet or 9x13 pan, lined optional
  • 1 Small bowl for butter mix
  • 1 Pastry brush to brush butter
  • 1 Sharp knife to cut sliders
  • 1 Spatula to lift/serve

Method
 

  1. Rest 2 minutes, then cut along roll lines into 12 mini sliders. Serve warm.
  2. Layer: Put the bottom slab on a baking sheet. Cover evenly with cheese (overlap slices if needed).
  3. Top: Place the top slab back on, aligning the rolls. Press gently.
  4. Butter: Mix melted butter + garlic powder (add parsley if using). Brush generously over the top.
  5. Bake: Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12–15 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden.
  6. Cut: Rest 2 minutes, then cut along roll lines into 12 mini sliders. Serve warm.
