Method
 

  1. Pat shrimp dry, season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Cook shrimp in butter 2 minutes per side, remove.
  3. Add butter and garlic, cook 30 seconds.
  4. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes for flavor base.
  5. Add broth and white wine, scrape browned bits.
  6. Pour in cream, add parmesan, herbs, and red pepper flakes.
  7. Cook until thickened and creamy.
  8. Return shrimp to pan, coat in sauce.
  9. Stir in spinach if using, cook 1–2 minutes.
