- Pat shrimp dry, season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Cook shrimp in butter 2 minutes per side, remove.
- Add butter and garlic, cook 30 seconds.
- Stir in sun-dried tomatoes for flavor base.
- Add broth and white wine, scrape browned bits.
- Pour in cream, add parmesan, herbs, and red pepper flakes.
- Cook until thickened and creamy.
- Return shrimp to pan, coat in sauce.
- Stir in spinach if using, cook 1–2 minutes.

- Add fresh basil and extra parmesan before serving.
