Method
 

  1. Pat dry, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

  4. Brush half the glaze on top.
  5. Bake at 400°F for 12–15 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F.
  6. Add fresh glaze, rest 5 minutes before slicing.
  7. Garnish with thyme and drizzle extra glaze.
