Method
- Rim a tall glass with lime juice, then dip in a mix of blue sugar and sea salt. Fill with crushed ice and set aside to chill.
- In a shaker or bowl, combine coconut rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, lime juice, and simple syrup. Pour gently into glass, filling ⅔ full.
- Mix blue curaçao, vodka, Sprite, and lime juice. Slowly pour over a bar spoon to float the blue layer on top, forming a gradient.
- Sprinkle edible glitter, garnish with pineapple wedge, lime wheel, and paper umbrella. Serve immediately with straws.
