Ingredients
  

  • 32 oz Tater tots Frozen
  • 6 large Eggs Fried or scrambled
  • 8 slices Bacon Cooked and crumbled
  • 1 ½ cups Cheddar cheese Shredded
  • ¼ cup Green onions Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper To taste

  • 1 Baking Sheet Or Air Fryer
  • 1 Skillet Non-stick
  • 1 Cheese Grater Optional

Method
 

  1. Bake or air fry tater tots at 425°F for 20-25 minutes until extra crispy.
  2. Fry bacon in a skillet until crispy, then crumble.
  3. Fry eggs in the bacon grease (or butter) until whites are set and yolks are runny.
  4. Divide hot tots into bowls and sprinkle immediately with cheddar cheese.
  5. Top with fried eggs, crumbled bacon, and green onions.
  6. Serve hot immediately.

Notes

Cook the tater tots until deep golden brown to ensure they stay crispy under the toppings. Use fresh chives for a pop of color.
