Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
Line loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal
Combine ground beef, Lipton Onion Soup Mix, breadcrumbs, eggs, and milk in large bowl
Mix gently with hands until just combined (don't overmix)
Transfer mixture to prepared pan
Shape into even loaf (don't pack too tightly)
Make shallow depression along top
Mix glaze ingredients in small bowl
Spread half the glaze over meatloaf
Bake for 45 minutes
Add remaining glaze
Continue baking 15 minutes
Check internal temperature (160°F)
Let rest 10 minutes before slicing
