Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz raspberry vodka Chilled
  • 1 oz triple sec Orange liqueur
  • 1 oz cranberry juice Unsweetened
  • ½ tablespoon dragon fruit Fresh or frozen pieces
  • ½ oz lime juice Freshly squeezed
  • ¼ cup pink sanding sugar For the rim
  • ice cubes For shaking
  • 4 strawberries Garnish
  • 4 sprigs mint Garnish

Equipment

  • 1 Cocktail shaker Standard size
  • 1 Muddler Or wooden spoon
  • 4 Shot glasses Tall shooter style
  • 1 Small plate For sugar rimming

Method
 

  1. Run a lime wedge around the rim of the shot glasses and dip into pink sugar.
  2. Muddle dragon fruit chunks in a cocktail shaker to release juice and seeds.
  3. Add vodka, triple sec, cranberry juice, lime juice, and ice to the shaker.
  4. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds until the shaker feels frosty.
  5. Strain into the prepared glasses and garnish with strawberry and mint.

Notes

Use fresh or frozen dragon fruit to get the signature black specks and neon pink color. Rim the glasses before mixing the drink so the sugar sets.
