Equipment

  • Wine glass (Preferably large, for spritz style)
  • Bar spoon (For gentle stirring)
  • Citrus knife (For slicing fresh lemon)
  • Ice bucket (Optional, to keep ingredients cold)

Ingredients

  • 3 oz Prosecco - Well-chilled
  • 2 oz Limoncello - Good-quality, cold
  • 1 oz Sparkling water - Or club soda
  • Ice cubes - Enough to fill glass
  • 1 Lemon slice - Fresh, for garnish
  • 1 Mint sprig - Fresh, for garnish

Instructions 

  • Pre-chill your wine glass and make sure all ingredients are ice-cold.
  • Fill the glass with ice all the way to the top.
  • Pour limoncello into the glass first.
  • Add prosecco gently to preserve bubbles.
  • Top with sparkling water and stir gently once.
  • Garnish with lemon slice and mint. Serve immediately.
