Instructions
Pre-chill your wine glass and make sure all ingredients are ice-cold.
Fill the glass with ice all the way to the top.
Pour limoncello into the glass first.
Add prosecco gently to preserve bubbles.
Top with sparkling water and stir gently once.
Garnish with lemon slice and mint. Serve immediately.
