Ingredients

  • 2 cups lemonade Fresh or store bought
  • ¼ cup blue curacao syrup Non-alcoholic
  • ¼ cup pineapple juice For tropical sweetness
  • 1 cup sparkling water Chilled completely
  • 1 large fresh orange Sliced into thin wheels for garnish
  • 4 sprigs fresh mint For garnish
  • clear ice cubes For serving

Equipment

  • 1 Large Glass Pitcher For mixing the base
  • 4 Short serving glasses For presenting the beverage
  • 1 Long stirring spoon For gentle mixing

Method

  1. Pour the fresh lemonade and pineapple juice into a large glass pitcher to build the tart and sweet flavor base.
  2. Stir the two juices together vigorously until they are completely smooth so the liquid is ready for color.
  3. Pour the blue curacao syrup slowly into the yellow juice mixture to magically transform the liquid into a vibrant green.
  4. Fill your short serving glasses completely to the top with cold clear ice cubes to ensure the drink stays frosty.
  5. Pour the green juice mixture over the ice, filling each glass halfway to distribute the vibrant color evenly.
  6. Top the remaining space carefully with chilled sparkling water to create the bubbly fizz so the mocktail is refreshing.
  7. Stir the bubbly liquid very gently with a long spoon so it mixes without losing its delicate carbonation.
  8. Slide an orange wheel onto the rim and tuck a mint sprig into the ice to garnish the glass beautifully.

Notes

Mix the blue curacao syrup in very slowly; the amount needed to achieve the perfect emerald green will vary depending on how yellow your base lemonade is.
