Ingredients
  

  • 1 ¼ cups Flour All-purpose
  • ½ cup Butter Softened
  • ¾ cup Sugar Brown & White mixed
  • ½ cup Chocolate chips For crust
  • 8 oz Cream cheese Softened
  • 7 oz Marshmallow fluff Jar
  • 1 cup Heavy cream Whipped
  • ½ cup Chocolate chips For ganache
  • ¼ cup Heavy cream Hot, for ganache
  • 1 cup Marshmallows For garnish

  • 1 Mixer Electric

Method
 

  1. Mix butter, sugars, egg, and flour to make cookie dough. Press into pan.
  2. Bake crust at 350°F for 15-18 mins. Cool completely.
  3. Beat cream cheese and marshmallow fluff; fold in whipped cream.
  4. Spread filling over the cooled crust and smooth the top.
  5. Melt chocolate chips with hot cream to make ganache; pour over pie.
  6. Top with marshmallows and toast with a torch. Chill for 4 hours.

Notes

Cool the crust completely before filling. Use a hot knife to slice through the cold chocolate layer for clean cuts.
