Instructions
Combine water and sugar, heat until dissolved. Add lavender, steep 30 minutes, strain, chill.
Fill serving glass with ice.
Add limoncello, lavender syrup, and lemon juice over ice.
Top gently with prosecco.
Add lavender sprig and lemon wheel; serve immediately.
