  • 1 Cocktail shaker or stirring glass (For mixing base)
  • 1 Jigger (Accurate measuring)
  • 1 Wine glass or coupe (For serving)
  • 1 Bar spoon (Gentle stirring)

Ingredients

Lavender Simple Syrup (Makes ~1 cup)

  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoon Dried culinary lavender - Not decorative lavender
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract - Optional

Cocktail (Per Serving)

  • 2 oz Limoncello - Chilled
  • 1 oz Lavender simple syrup
  • ½ oz Lemon juice - Freshly squeezed
  • 3 oz Prosecco - Chilled
  • 1 cup Ice

Garnish

  • 1 sprig Fresh lavender
  • 1 slice Lemon wheel

Instructions 

  • Combine water and sugar, heat until dissolved. Add lavender, steep 30 minutes, strain, chill.
  • Fill serving glass with ice.
  • Add limoncello, lavender syrup, and lemon juice over ice.
  • Top gently with prosecco.
  • Add lavender sprig and lemon wheel; serve immediately.
