Ingredients

  • 24 pieces Wonton wrappers - Fresh or thawed if frozen
  • 8 oz Cream cheese - Softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese - Shredded, divided for topping
  • 3–4 medium Jalapeños - Seeded and diced
  • 6 strips Bacon - Cooked and crumbled
  • ¼ cup Green onions - Chopped for garnish
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder - For flavor
  • Salt and pepper - To taste
  • ½ cup Cheddar cheese - For topping
  • Sour cream - For serving (optional)

Instructions 

  • Press wonton wrappers into muffin tin and bake until lightly golden.
  • Combine cream cheese, cheddar, jalapeños, bacon, and seasonings.
  • Spoon filling into pre-baked wonton shells evenly.
  • Sprinkle with cheese, bake until bubbly and golden.
  • Add jalapeño slices and green onions; serve hot with sour cream.
