  • 1 oz Kahlua Or coffee liqueur
  • 1 oz Fresh espresso Slightly cooled
  • 1 oz Salted caramel sauce Plus extra for drizzle
  • Ice cubes For shaking
  • Flaky sea salt For garnish
  • 3 Coffee beans Optional garnish
Homemade Salted Caramel (Optional)
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoon Butter Cubed, room temperature
  • ½ cup Heavy cream Warmed slightly
  • 1 teaspoon Sea salt To balance sweetness

Equipment

  • Cocktail shaker For proper shaking and foam creation
  • Jigger For accurate measuring
  • Coupe or martini glasses Chill before serving
  • Fine-mesh strainer For smooth texture and clean pour

Method
 

  1. Enjoy immediately while foam is high and glossy.
  2. Let espresso rest 5–10 minutes.
  3. Add vodka, Kahlua, espresso, and caramel to shaker.
  4. Fill shaker three-quarters full.
  5. Shake 30 seconds for creamy foam.
  6. Double strain into chilled martini glass.
  7. Add decorative caramel lines on top.
  8. Finish with flaky sea salt and coffee beans.
