Instructions 

  • Preheat skillet over medium-high heat with no oil.
  • Add corn and cook 3–4 minutes to evaporate moisture.
  • Stir in butter until melted and coating the corn.
  • Drizzle in honey and toss until evenly combined.
  • Stir in softened cream cheese until melted and creamy.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Remove from heat, stir in chopped parsley.
  • Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with sea salt before serving.
