- Blend until smooth
- Reduce on stovetop
- Cool completely

- Alternate dry ingredients and buttermilk
- Fold in strawberry reduction
Step 3: Bake and Cool

- Pour into prepared pans
- Bake at 350°F
- Cool completely
Step 4: Frosting & Assembly
- Prep Time: 15 minutes
- Beat cream cheese and butter
- Add powdered sugar gradually
- Layer and frost cake
- Decorate with fresh berries
