Juice fresh limes into a measuring cup and set aside.
Fill a pitcher with ice and pour in lime juice.
Add cherry syrup and simple syrup; stir to combine.
Pour in sparkling water or Sprite and stir gently.
Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness as needed.
Pour into glasses over fresh ice and garnish with lime and cherries.
