Soft, buttery, and loaded with gooey mozzarella, these homemade cheesy breadsticks bake up golden, garlicky, and better than any restaurant version.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Pizza dough Store bought or homemade
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese Freshly shredded melts best
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese Adds sharp flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning For flavor and aroma
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder Enhances the garlic butter
  • 4 tablespoon Butter, melted Base for garlic butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced Fresh for stronger flavor
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley, chopped For color and freshness
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt Balances flavors
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper Optional for slight spice
  • Marinara sauce For dipping
  • Ranch dressing Optional dip

Equipment

  • 1 Baking Sheet For baking breadsticks evenly

Method
 

  1. Let pizza dough rest 30 minutes at room temperature.
  2. Roll into 12x8-inch rectangle and transfer to baking sheet.
  3. Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush half of garlic butter over dough evenly.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella, parmesan, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
  6. Bake at 425°F for 12–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  7. Brush hot breadsticks with remaining garlic butter.

  8. Cut into strips and serve warm with marinara.
